This dreamy Sonoran desert scene has two layers of cut aluminum, which gives an illusion of depth and perspective. The surface of the metal is polished to a reflective pattern. The warm colored background layer is painted with a translucent color that allows the textures of the metal to shine through.

You may also hang this piece outdoors, it will not rust.
